Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager
Wendy Ward is a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in September 2021 after the merger with Summit Insurance Group. At the early age of 18, while putting herself through college to earn her Business Administration Degree with a Minor in Accounting, she worked as a receptionist for an independent insurance agency.
Wendy, through the National Alliance of Insurance Agents program, expanded upon her insurance knowledge becoming a Certified Insurance Customer Service Representative (CISR). She then went on to be the Head of Service for their personal lines department of an independent insurance agency, and then transitioned to doing commercial insurance service work.
Wendy has a tremendous knowledge of carriers, markets and has trained many other new account managers along the way. It’s a frequent event of Wendy’s clients to comment on their appreciation for her dedication and exceptional service.
On her off time, Wendy loves sending time with her three children. When she is not busy with one of her children’s extracurricular activities, she enjoys camping, fishing, crocheting, and reading.
