Alice Niculita is a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services. Alice started her career with Inszone in December 2020. An experienced practicing lawyer, Alice brought almost a decade of combined years of legal expertise and experience in the insurance field to the company, allowing her to quickly make major contributions and be an integral part of the Commercial Lines Division at Inszone.
Alice has been instrumental in helping our customers find solutions for all their business’ insurance needs while establishing strong and lasting relationships with them. She uses her knowledge and expertise as an insurance professional to help clients with more than just their insurance policies.
Over the years, Alice distinguished herself as an experienced and dynamic professional, involved in advising clients on a wide variety of projects as an insurance consultant. In her current role as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, she serves as the lead point of contact for all her customers’ account management matters. She also ensures that their needs are met as efficiently and effectively as possible. Her knowledge in insurance, attention to detail, and ability to make our clients feel at ease, is precisely why Alice is the Employee Spotlight for the month of April 2022!
When asked to share some words about Alice, Inna Drozd, who is one of Inszone’s Commercial Account Manager Team Leads and Alice’s direct supervisor, said, “Alice is a go-getter. To get to know Alice a little better, we asked her a couple of questions about her and her time in the insurance world. Here’s what she had to say:
Q: How did you get into the insurance industry?
A: I began my career in the insurance industry as a legal consultant, advising clients regarding claim liability and debt recovery. Later, as a lawyer I negotiated for and defended the client or the company’s financial interests and represented the insurance companies and the policyholders before the courts.
Q: What qualities do you have that make you a “great” insurance agent?
A: The qualities I have that make me a “great” insurance agent are: client’s needs on the first place, people person, knowledgeable, problem solving, honesty, strong work ethic, and passion.
Q: How would you define success?
A: “Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning.” – Benjamin Franklin
Q: What makes you proud to work in the insurance industry?
A: I am proud to work in the insurance industry because my job contributes in offering business owners stability in the face of unexpected, hope in a time of difficulty, connecting with people and helping them.
Q: How do you balance your career and family?
A: Balancing work and family may seem like a daunting task for some, but I make sure that my family is always my number one priority.
Q: What do you do in your personal time?
A: In my personal time I like to spend precious time with family and friends, cooking, playing the piano, reading, playing tennis and volunteering as teacher for first grade.
