Emily Ericson is a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services. She graduated with her Associates in Communication Studies & Sociology and joined Inszone in October 2021, bringing with her a wealth of customer service experience. Emily began her insurance career at Progressive where she worked as a Customer Service Representative and later joined a local brokerage firm as an Employee Benefits Coordinator.
Emily is passionate about advocating for her clients’ needs and is always looking out for their best interest. She has spent most of her professional career in customer service roles and prides herself in helping to keep her customers protected from unexpected emergencies.
On her off time, Emily enjoys painting, hand embroidery, and sewing. She is a member of the Crocker Art Museum in Sacramento and visits as often as she can. She is also a chick flicks and musicals aficionado and has a large and ever-expanding collection of Princess Tiana memorabilia.
