Mikaela Haefner is a Personal Lines Assistant at Inszone Insurance Services. Mikaela brings with her over two decades of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to working at Inszone, she worked at several different agencies in many different aspects. Her most recent titles included Insurance Service Specialist, Claims Specialist/Processor, Training and Sales. During her tenure, she worked in any function that was necessary to get the job completed successfully. Mikaela is a team player and will do what is necessary to complete her job in an effective and timely manner.
Mikaela is a proud fur parent of a cat and has an associate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology. She loves reading, walking, taking long rides and spending time with her friends. In her time off, she is volunteering for women’s causes, and has spent significant time volunteering for Veronica’s Voice, Restoration house, and Hope house.
