Shaunna Gage
Commercial Lines Account Manager
Shaunna Gage is a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services. An insurance veteran with Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation, her working experience in the insurance industry goes back to 2002. Initially a receptionist, Shaunna was quickly promoted to Customer Service Representative specializing in Commercial Lines after only a year. Shaunna was trained by professional underwriters and account managers who showed her the ropes of the complex world of insurance.
Shaunna prides herself in implementing CSR training protocols that are still used today in the previous agency she worked for. She has been privileged to train talented CSRs during this time and firmly believes in the importance of “paying it forward” in helping to train a new generation of great CSRs.
Shaunna has volunteered at numerous non-profit organizations such as the Fund-Raising Committee for Habitat for Humanity in Northern Michigan, and helping to institute community gardens to help feed the homeless in Utah.
On her time off, Shaunna enjoys reading Agatha Christie’s books and doting on her four children and three grandsons. She also loves hand crafts such as knitting, crocheting, cross-stitching and making Ukrainian eggs.
