Steve Keeney is a Personal Lines Team Manager at Inszone Insurance Services. An insurance veteran, Steve has been in the insurance industry since 1980 and holds a designation as an Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI). Before joining the industry, Steve pursued his education in The University of California, Davis where he played baseball and earned a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics. Steve takes pride in building and maintaining strong relationships with new and long-time clients.
Steve dedicated 30 years of his insurance career to McDowall & Keeney Insurance Associates as a Personal Lines Account Manager then joined Inszone after the company’s merged in September 2020.
On his time off, Steve enjoys golfing, fishing and spending time with his family.

Steven took the time to do a review of my personal auto policy and discovered that the carrier had removed a discount due to a miscommunication error. A mistake that would’ve cost me $250 in additional premium for 6 months. I’m on auto-pay, I would’ve never noticed. He pointed out this error, rectified, and then looked even further into my policy and told me that I could add an additional $25,000 in coverage to my liability, for what turned out to be about 50 cents more a day.
